Problem

Information from conversations and notes remains unstructured, while extracting tasks and data and preparing documents requires manual work.

Solution

Built a FastAPI service where an LLM converts text into a validated JSON structure that is then used to generate HTML/PDF documents with logging and processing controls.

Result

Created a repeatable process that converts unstructured text into standardized working data and documents, reducing manual processing.
